About Mamaroneck Self Storage
We are a new 40,000 sf family-owned and operated self-storage facility, located in the heart of the friendly village of Mamaroneck, NY, the only facility of its kind from Port Chester to New Rochelle and from Tuckahoe to the Long Island Sound. With nearly 30,000 sf of rentable storage space and 250 mixed units throughout 4-stories, Mamaroneck Self Storage is convenient to and from any part of Westchester County via I-95 or the Hutchinson River Parkway.
Our building is the first large scale new construction project in the Village of Mamaroneck Industrial Area Development long-range plan, which the owners see as an anchor to near future mid-scale mixed use development. Mamaroneck Self Storage is "Phase One" of the owners' larger vision to build an additional 60,000 sf facility on their property which will provide another 40,000 sf of self storage space as well as offices for other business interests. The owners along with Steven Winter Associates have been awarded a $100K NY Prize feasibility study grant to develop a community micro grid system designed to provide emergency power in the event of natural or man-made disaster.
